One of the final installations of 2023 was a new product for us – an external IBC wash station!
The client is a major container recycling company, with an existing IBC reconditioning line. The unit was designed to integrate with the existing roller conveyor and structure.
The key features of the unit include:
- Turntable for the IBC, which will enable operators to easily clean the outside of IBCs with minimal manual effort, and reduces handling times.
- Recirculation and filtration of all wash water, which greatly reduces water and chemical consumption for the process.
- High pressure label remover, which uses hot water and chemicals to remove and capture old labels with no manual input required.
This unit was delivered and installed on time ahead of the busy Christmas period for the client.
